“North Shore Clinic is diligently contacting all persons who took COVID-19 testing at the temporary site (1529 S. Harlem Avenue) on November 13th.
Due to number of recent influx of testing volume, and to deliver prompt notification to patients with positive COVID-19 test results, North Shore Clinic will only make (1) call to notify patients with NEGATIVE tests results.
When a voicemail option is available, voicemails with negative test result notification is left on patient voicemail.
Patients with positive COVID-19 test results will be contacted multiple times."

“North Shore Clinic se está comunicando diligentemente con todas las personas que tomaron la prueba COVID-19 en el sitio temporal (1529 S. Harlem Avenue) el 13 de noviembre.
Debido al volumen de pruebas COVID- 19, y para entregar una notificación rápida a los pacientes con resultados positivos de COVID-19, North Shore Clinic solo hará (1) llamada para notificar a los pacientes con resultados NEGATIVOS.
Cuando hay una opción de buzon de voz disponible, un mensajes de voz con notificación de resultado negativo de la prueba se dejan en el buzon de voz del paciente. Solo se le hablara una vez.
Los pacientes con resultados positivos de la prueba de COVID-19 serán contactados varias veces."-
