The City of Berwyn’s City Council has decided not to opt out
of the Cook County Minimum Wage Ordinance. Effective July 1, 2017, the
minimum wage for many employees in Berwyn will now be $10/hr. Following

The City of Berwyn’s City Council has also decided not to
opt out of the Cook County Earned Sick Leave Ordinance that establishes a right
to paid sick leave for employees in Cook County. This will be effective
